Our Equipment and Vehicles

Equipment and Materials

Manicured Lawns will provide all the necessary equipment and labour required to fulfil this contract.

In addition, Manicured Lawns has a chemical storage facility based at our head office in Wanneroo for all substances/dangerous materials and chemicals. Equipment will be stored away from unauthorised personnel. Equipment not being used on site will be stored at our head office.

Vehicles

Manicured Lawns will maintain and repair at our cost all equipment and vehicle used to fulfil this contract. We have a mechanic on staff that conducts services and repairs on our equipment with manufacturers recommendations to ensure safety and efficiency.

Disturbance

Manicured Lawns will take all reasonable precautions to ensure as little disturbance as possible to the area and the routine of other activities therein performed, and shall promptly remove all materials and equipment when the works have been completed. During our regular service checks, machinery is also tested for noise output.

Safety

We ensure all equipment and processes are operated and maintained to comply with all statutory requirements.

All staff are given a safety manual relating to the equipment they operate and are instructed on clothing that must be worn i.e. footwear, protective glasses etc. They function of leading hand/principal is to ensure safety procedures are being adhered to at all times.

Scope of Work

Manicured Lawns pride themselves on high quality Lawn Mowing services and feel confident that we can maintain and provide a high standard of grounds at all sites.

General Grounds Maintenance Specification Details

Hours of Work – Manicured Lawns staff have worked on a variety of sites where stipulated hours are introduced due to staffing and visitors. We are happy to work inside any stipulated hours by the client. Should for any reason outside hours be required, confirmation and authorisation will be sought before commencement.

Description of the Works – Manicured Lawns will provide a supervisor, staff, equipment, vehicles and materials to fulfil the Lawn Mowing services required by the client.

Our Lawn Mowing contracts generally consist of:

  • Lawn maintenance utilising Cylinder Mowers, Walkers and other equipment as deemed necessary, plus whipper-snipping and edging;
  • General site clean services, including the blowing down of paths etc.
  • The Supply of materials and labour for fertilisers, chemicals (spraying) and top dressing.

We are happy to provide services for all or any of the listed above.

Ability to Manage the Contract, Staff & Performance

On confirmation of our services, Manicured Lawns can provide a Works Program consisting of a breakdown of services required on a weekly or monthly basis as required.

Performance Inspection

Manicured Lawns' Supervisor will be present at any site inspections that may occur on behalf of the client to ensure that all contracted requirements are being fulfilled. Manicured Lawns will also conduct its own regular site audits to monitor staff performance, health & safety issues, and ensure an optimal completion of service at all times.

Environmental Considerations

Goods and Services Tax

A 10% Goods and Services Tax applies and will be shown separately on all invoices.

Payment

Manicured Lawns will submit a monthly invoice in arrears for monthly services. In addition, monthly reports can be submitted for service confirmation.

Service Variation

Manicured Lawns will provide a confirmation price for any additional services and will seek written authorisation before commencement of such service.
